Bookworms, you’ve got your weekend cut out for you. Before the craziness of the UCF Book Festival on Saturday (which you knew about, right?), there’s a more laid-back appetizer scheduled at Urban ReThink. Orlando Literati aims to bring “writers, agents, editors, book reviewers, book sellers, librarians, publishers and book illustrators” together for a night of networking from 7-10 p.m. this Friday (March 30). Add readers to that list, too: Admission is free, but items on the charity raffle include signed copies of books from local authors in multiple genres, including novels by mystery favorite Bob Morris. Proceeds will benefit the Urban Think! Foundation.
